Wtf is this abdominal pain?

my lower left abdominal (almost to where my left leg connects to my body) has this sharp pain right now. ive been havin wierd abdominal uncomfort and minor pains lately (mainly the lower left like i said) wat is this? i guess i should mention that sometimes my testicles hurt as well. it usually happens evry once in awile (evry month to a few months) hasnt happened yet thou. but wen i do get testicular pain, the testicular vein gets fat (like 2-2.5 times as fat as it should be maybe even a bit more.) the testes get tender as well. i find giving scrotal support and holding it up and elevating my groin like u would a broken leg to help. and wen its elevated the pain is still kinda there but the swelling (i guess u could call it that) goes down. then wen i sit bak up it gets fat again. this type of thing lasts about 40 min-1 hr sometimes more but not usually. wat is this? i went to the doc wen my testes were normal and he said theres nothin wrong. he didnt do any scans or x-rays thou

ok it looks like theres testicular pain rite now as well (althou my testes dont really hurt at all jus a barely but the vein is fat) it seems these two things (abdominal sharp pain and testicualr pain/vein gettin fat) come hand in hand...wat can this be? the pain is never severe but i wouldnt call it too minor either. maybe around moderate pain

my brother has this too but not as serve as this, seems like Hernia or maybe an infection. of course you need to see a doctor as well.
