Abdominal pain in the lower left side?

Ok, I've never had major abdominal pain before, so basically I'm a little freaked out. Idk what this is so I could really use some help.... It started hurting really bad, I'd say 5-7 on a scale of 10... and that lasted for about 10 minutes, then it was ok for a while, a little sore... well, I ate dinner, pizza, and now it hurts again. I can feel the pain in the front and in the back... What could it be and what should I do?

You need to feel around in the front in the area that is it hurting go slow and gentle. Put a little pressure or more if it doesnt hurt as much and see if there is a lump or puffiness there at all. That happened to a co worker of mine. She almost had to get a kidney transplant. They were able to remove the problem with surgery. I am not sure exactly what it is called sorry. If there are any sort of bumps or lumps schedule an apt. asap with the doc.

Coudl be a lot of things but if your pain is a 5-7 on a scale of 10 I'd say go the the ER you don't want to be alone in the middle of the night with a kidney stone attack. Trust me.

You must immediately report in to an Emergency Room for you may have a ruptured appendix or a kidney stone ! DO IT NOW !

I used to have a problem like this.
u said u ate pizza right, then it started hurting.
I'm guessing ur probably lactose intolerant.
u might wanna bring this up with
ur doctor, the pain and the chance if being
lactose intolerant. Bringing up lactose intolerance can help
cuz i remember being tested for abdominal pain &
it took them almost 3 months to figure out that i was
lactose intolerant.
U also might have appendicitis, the lower left is where
the appendix is so if hurts you should ask ur doctor about
that. hope this helped

If the pain is radiating from back to front or vice versa,(loin to groin) it might be due to renal problems..... Do you feel better after passing urine or it remains the same. I hope, it is better to consult a urologist.

Here are some symptoms of renal calculi

Episodes of severe, colicky (intermittent) pain every few minutes. The pain usually appears first in the back, just below the ribs. Over several hours or days, the pain follows the stone's course through the ureter toward the groin. Pain stops when the stone is passed in the urine.
