Abdominal and back pain from jogging? |
Does anyone know what could cause lower abdominal pain and lower back pain during and after jogging. Its not a runner鈥檚 cramp, I know what that feels like and I鈥檓 in shape and have been running regularly for a while. Usually it goes away quickly (within 5-10 minutes) and isn鈥檛 too bad but today it lasted for two hours and I was in so much pain I almost went to the emergency room but I couldn鈥檛 drive because it hurt too bad. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? i used to get these pains like under my ribs that were so bad that i thought i was gonna collapse when I ran. I got them because I was dehydrated. and they lasted for about an hour after I ran. Did you drink enough water before you ran? Or did you eat something right before you left? It might even a pre-period sign.. |
