After three months, my abdominal pain moved to my right side?

**PLEASE READ FULLY OR JUST DON'T REPLY

3 months ago, I had a mild cramp in my right side that went away after a couple hours and didn't come back.

3 weeks later I started getting mild lower middle abdominal pain, and tenderness about an inch above my belly button. This came off and on for a couple weeks. Mild.

Since then, I keep getting lower middle abdominal pain off and on. It's like the pain I would get on my period. Once it went away for 3 weeks, but it did come back.

Now, today, it's switched. Now it's on my right side where my appendix would be, the pain is medium, I will be able to sleep through it. But what does this mean?

14, female, 5'8 and 123 lbs. started my period almost 2 yrs ago

IMPORTANT::
I've been getting nauseated, but never throw up.

Because it feels like cramps I might suspect something is going on with your internal sex organs. Perhaps your ovaries. Have you recently had a your gynecological exam? If not, or you've never had one, I would strongly urge you to get a recommendation and see a gynecologist. If anything is abnormal they can feel it.

It sounds like symptoms of Irritable Bowel System (IBS). I started experience similar symptoms when I was in my early teens, and still am struggling in my mid-20's! I would recommend FOR SURE keeping a food diary and chart what changes happen in your stomach/body. Maybe your body is having trouble digesting certain foods, or adverse reactions could be an allergy of some sort.
Pains like those can also be normal, and experienced in times of heightened anxiety/stress. Be conscious of when these things are happening in conjunction with what is happening in your environment at the time! I hope this helps!!

It could be apendicitis, but you should go tothe Dr.and have them check for ovarian cysts just in case.I had to have surgery to remove a cyst I had(they also removed my apendix) and I was in so much pain that I couldn't sleep please don't wait too long I'd hate to see someone else in that much pain.Good Luck!

I guess it could be a few things, I couldn't really pick or guess any specific one for sure. My advice is to go to the doctor as soon as you can get an appointment to get it checked out. If you get a fever or throw up or anything, definitely go right away.
One thing is I think pain in that area can be a sign of appendicitis- is it like between your hip bone and belly button where the pain is now? Appendicitis can also cause nausea. I'm not sure how long those symptoms last though (so maybe you've had this for too long) but I do know they do move around and then sort of migrate to that one spot betw. hip and navel as the inflammation gets worse.

There are lots of other things that can cause pain in those areas though- It could also be some kind of recurring urinary tract infection- those can cause pain in your lower stomach, or a stomach/intestinal problem of some sort? Its probably not a serious problem but you should get an appointment with your doctor to check.
