Leftsided Abdominal Pain?

I've been having severe abdominal pain on the left side for quite a while now. It was subsiding at first but for about a week now it is constant. I go to the dr. on tuesday. They'll run labs and pregnancy test (have a history of misscarriages). I am so miserable. Any ideas as to what is wronng with me?

Is it the lower left side? That's where your colon is. You might have some infected diverticula.

You could have a cyst on your left ovary. That can be painful.. Use a heating pad, warm baths, and rotate between Motrin and Tylenol for the pain.. Good luck with it..
