Only if you don't follow the instructions of the doctor. You are not supposed to be up and moving around all that much for the first two days. You are clearly overdoing it.

Well i cant speak for other guys but i didnt have any abdominal pain but i was pretty sore in my entire midsection tho kinda like a eminating throb throughout the area

For me, the only pain was at the incision site and that was mostly all gone after the first day.

For three days I felt like I had been kicked in the nuts... and I spent the time lying in bed with my knees up. If it is that sort of abdominal pain then join the club. Some of us suffer more than others... some much worse than I ever did.
