Diahrrea with lower abdominal pain?

i've had diarrhea for 3 days.and i would get this strong lower abdominal pain when it makes me go.The problem is its not stopping and i'm concerned.what can it be.

It is probably just left over gas. Keep going for a few more days and you'll be fine.

are you nauseous too? if the pain centered or to the side? you probably just have a bug but, if it keeps up get to a doctor
