How do you know if you have abdominal pain?

A stomach ache is in the general stomach area. Abdominal pain tends to be lower down.

well, for a girl, it depends. if it's lower abdominal pains, like by your bladder, then it's probably cramps and you can just take some tylenol or ibuprofen.

for a regular stomach ache you could take tylenol, and if that doesn't work maybe take a little pepto bismol.
