Why do I get really stressed when I feel sick / have severe abdominal pain?

I feel sick alot and have a phobia of vomiting (its called emetophobia). Whenever I feel sick or have severe abdominal pain, i end up crying, shaking, getting a headache, getting really stressed out. I feel like i'm dying when i feel sick. My mum died of bowel cancer but i've not got any problems with my digestive system, i guess that contributes to my feelings. Is there anything I can do? I feel sorta sick now, but i'm trying to stay calm ....

i get the SAME why especially if have to work and i feel sick ( like throwing up) i get really nervous and sweaty and shacky. i dont know what it is and i HATE to throw up
