Abdominal pain on lower left side?

I hae this dull pain on my lower left side for three days now. I sometimes get discomfort during ovulation but its past that so I want to know what this is. I don't know if it's pms because it doesn't feel like cramps but I do feel bloated with the pain.

Do you have cramps? Diarrhea or constipation? Have you been suffering from more stress lately? It may be IBS. As a previous answerer said, take some antacid and eat more fiber and see if it helps.

Are you under more stress than usual? If it continues much longer, I'd head to the doctor..It could be any number of things and it's better to be safe than sorry. Without knowing your medical history or an MD, no one here can really offer good advice.
