Extreme abdominal pain. I'm assuming it's either from a recent C-Section or a new tattoo.?

I can't remember exactly when I started feeling the pain, I'm gonna say yesterday, but it's getting progressively worse
Possible causes
1. Yesterday I got a new tattoo, no biggie, I have 14 other ones. It was my first at home tattoo though. Not the smartest idea, but oh well. I highly doubt this has anything to do with my current problem, but I figured it may be relevant to the question.
2. 7 weeks ago I had a C-section, and 5 weeks ago the incision came open, and I had to drain it before the doctors let the wound heal back up again. I've already had my 6 week check up, and she said I looked fine. I've already had my period, ended 4 days ago.
The symptoms
1.Feels like constant period cramps
2.At the same time feels like the stomach flu (but with out the diarrhea or vomiting)
3.If I push almost anywhere on my stomach it hurts, especially on my sides (feels almost like sore muscles)
4. It hurts to sit up, lean forward, basically any movement which involves my abdomen moving.

GO TO THE DOCTOR!!! You could have a serious infection, apendicitis, or something major going on...dont chance it by staying home. Go seek professional help!!!
