Left Side Abdominal Pain?

This pain is very sharp and originally started in my back. I know it is not my appendix since that came out last year, so now I am stumped. A little other history of what has been happening lately:

I was lactating however that fluid is now turning clear, I am not pregnant at least that is what the docs PT and my hpt said at this point, I have been very tired lately.
I am clueless about what is happening right now, I thought maybe my gallbladder was going crazy but I dont really know. Thanks for your help!
