Tickling in my vagina and abdominal pain?

sometimes when im just sittin there i feel like a little tickle inside my vagina....im 15 and im a virgina.....but i also have paind in the abdominal...it feels like in on my period but im not ...wat can it b...can it b a tapeworm?or wat?
