sounds like a uti but can be something else, definately bacterial.

Whatever her problem it's serious and she needs to go in to see a doctor right away. It seems to be a combination of things with the reproductive organs and her urinary tract. There is serious infection that needs to be dealt with and possibly something more serious like cancer. She needs to be seen right away. Not sure that STD's can cause irregular periods but the stress from the rest of the symptoms could be causing the irregularity.

Beg her to see a doctor.
