Lower Abdominal Pain (Not pregnant)?

I participate in a pretty intense workout schedule. I've been doing it for about 2 1/2 months. About a month ago my lower abdominals began a deep soreness that never went away but I've worked through it. It hasn't gotten worse until yesterday. It seems most of the answers are for pregnant women but I'm a man so I don't think those would apply. Any ideas?

I thnk you cold be stressed and you need to relax your abdominal muscle. If the pain it's very strong, you need to use some pills to control it and go to your doctor if the problem persists for more than three or four days,

my only guess would be that your appendix could be inflamed cus i know that you get pains in your lower abdominal, and that is serious, but i would shell out the money and go to the doctor
