I'm having lower left sided abdominal pain,when walking is hurts.?

It is sore to the touch and hurts right before I pee. What could this be? It does not sting or burn when going to the bathroom.

Could be several things...kidney stones (though that usually hurts more in the back) gallstones, or an infection of some sort. Actually what you describe is how I felt when I had a urinary tract infection that had spread to my kidneys and bladder before I ever even had the normal UTI pain. Go to the dr asap because when you are sore to the touch like that you definetly need some tests done before your problem gets worse.

With tummies its always good to talk to your GP however here are a few ideas;
Lower left-hand quadrant is mainly dominated by your Colon and some of the small intestines.
depending on your symptoms defiantly one of the main culprits has to be the colon.
the colon gets used for processing and passing waste out of the body and as a result is exposed to some pretty hard work
I would check the Colour of my stools if i were you to see if any thing is different.
try and see if the pain is sharp or dull or when it hurts and what makes it feel better. if your up for a challenge have a bit of a feel around your tummy to see if it has changed from the way it normally is and where it has changed if you do notice it.
I鈥檓 quite sure the appendix is on the right side so don鈥檛 panic.
A common cause of discomfort in the lower left-hand quadrant is problems with your colon so with that in mind if the discomfort gets worse i would have a chat with my friendly GP.
