My friend has a pain in her abdominal region?

I have a friend who was complaining of pain in her abdominal section. We took her to the doctors and they said it was comming from her ovaries or ovary tract. I believe she had sex teh day before but she won't admit, in fact im almost positive is there a name for a this type of cramp? Someone please help.

If she has a cyst on her ovary, that can cause a great deal of pain, and if she has had sex, that can make the pain worse.

I found that a heating pad and 3 Advil made it somewhat tolerable. Cutting down on sugars in the diet makes her body less likely to create the cysts.

She could have Endometriosis cysts on her overies.
