Help with tb?

Hi there, I have worked with homeless people in the past about 2 years ago. Shortly after that i had this pain that went down my back and then had some severe chills the same night. Went to bed and woke up with urinary symptoms that were really bad. So i went to a doctor and he gave me antibiotics which didn't really help much. Since then I have had all the tests done. blood tests urine tests and a cystcopy. And now i have a low burning back pain that has been there almost the whole time. It never goes away day or night. I have abdominal tenderness as well. Could this possibly be extra TB considering i have had an x ray of my chest?

Have you had your sputum investigated? Are you able to cough up phlegm?
Go back to your doctor. They must do further investigations.

Go straight to the Doctor! If you do have T.B you could spread it evrywhere and cause an epidemic it is highly contagious.

There is a simple test to see if you have TB. Get a TB tine test. If it is positive, then get a sputum test. If you have TB, regular antibiotics will not help, and in fact there is a strain of TB that is highly resistant to everything. If you do have TB that is effecting your kidneys, you are in deep kimshee. However, I do not think that is likely. I think you have something else going on.

You need another urine test and get checked out by a Nephrologist. It sounds to me like you have a kidney problem causing the back pain and chills. Do not ignore this, you could lose the use of your kidneys and have to go on dialysis.
