Loud Stomach noise problem?

It's weird. Because I don't feel anything, it comes randomly, no pain, its not gas, i doubt its any acid-reflux because my throat doesn't burn, nothing. Just weird noises in my abdominal area. I wouldnt be bothered by it if only it wasn't soooo loud! I'm embarrassed because my boyfriend notices. I tell him that I'm just hungry, which im not, but no other way to explain the noises. I'm wondering if that's normal, and only reason why it's so loud is because i barely have any fat around my abdominal area? I have no clue, and if anyone has the same problem please tell me, so I wouldn't feel alone. Thanks.

I have that same problem too and i'm a guy. Its embarrassing because I try to play it off. It isn't gas but it sounds like gas and its random. I have no pain or problems going to the bathroom. The only time I notice it slows is when I eat a big meal. I am going to use your excuse that i'm just hungry :).

My stomach growls all the time too. I don't really know what to do about it, so i just try to not let it bother me. Maybe your stomach is digesting food.
