Irregular Pulsing in abdomen? |
It started last night and has continued through today (12 p.m.) It's like this sporadic pulsing sensation in the lower part of my abdomen that is NOT consistent with my heartbeat. Sometimes it's fast and sometimes it's slower and sometimes a few seconds can go by and I feel nothing at all. Also, I feel absolutely no pain anywhere in my body so I'm guessing it might not be an AAA (Abdominal aortic aneurysm). I'm not entirely unhealthy and work out occasionally so I can't guess what this is from. Maybe stress? Please, anyone who is a doctor, EMT, or nurse, answer this for me! Oh, and I'm NOT pregnant and there is NO chance I could be. I have the same symptoms since yesterday. No pain but it bothers. On the left side of my abdomen. Also not consistent with my heartbeat but it does feel like a fast heart beating. It usually beats faster than my heartbeat. Sometimes I wont feel it for hours. Could it be a nerve? I am 38, thin, overall healthy guy. Would like to hear from you what you find out. Before I have had one eyelid moving for no reason for days...similar sensation. maybe it's your bowels or gas moving? if it were a AAA it'd be consistent with your heart rate. there isn't really anything else in there that could be moving around that like. I have something like that and I went to my doctor and told him I had a sporadic beating in my stomach it almost feels like fizzling and he said theres a main artery in the stomach which could make it pulsate and sometimes its speeds up or slows down and some times you can't feel it at all. He could be so wrong though. ~Good luck |
