Am I going to get my period soon(Symptoms included)?


Here is a list of symptoms I found on the internet.........i'll put an X by the ones I have:

* Breast engorgement and tenderness X(they always seem tender)
* Abdominal bloating
* Constipation or diarrhea, nausea, vomiting
* Acne X (kinda)
* Headache
* Alcohol intolerance
* Fluid retention and weight gain X
* Clumsiness
* Crampy pain in the lower abdomen
* Joint or muscle pain

Emotional symptoms may include

* Anxiety and panic attacks
* Insomnia X
* Change in sexual interest and desire
* Irritability
* Depression and crying spells X
* Lethargy and fatigue X
* Mood swings ranging from bursts of creative energy to anger/paranoia X
* Inability to concentrate and some memory loss X
* Increased appetite with specific food cravings (especially salt and sugar) XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
* Withdrawal and trouble in relationships with family and friends
I had white discharge (white,odorless,so I know its not an infection)! does this mean Im going to get it. I know your not a pshycic but app. when

No one can really know exactly when your period will start.
but dont worry about it and relax cause when it starts it SUCKKSS!

Have you never had your period before? It honestly sounds to me like you are depressed. Those symptoms should only be around for a day or two before you actually get your period. If you can't sleep, are depressed and/or crying, having severe mood swings, can't concentrate, eating a lot (to the point of gaining weight) you might be depressed instead of about to get your period.

I think, for most women, when they are about to get their period they might experience one or two of these symptoms and they would be very minor. They physical symptoms tend to be more common and severe.

If you are experiencing all these symptoms and you don't have your period in a day or two, I would talk to someone about depression. Just a thought!

Honestly, if ur sexually active and have regular periods u could be pregnant. if ur not pregnant it could be pms.
