Possible pregnancy or from my ovarian cyst?!!?

i was diagnosed with a 4cm complex ovarian cyst on my right ovary 2 weeks ago. the ultrasound report and my urine test both came back negative for pregnancy.

i had my tubes tied in 2003 but my symptoms lately seem strange to me..

-frequent urination
-pulling sensation in my lower abdomen and inner thighs
-lower back pain
-severe nausea whenever i eat or drink (it's really bad like when i was pregnant before-i have 3 girls).
-tender breasts
-abdominal heaviness

i got my period last thursday but it only lasted 2 days.

i know the chances are like 1 in a million that i'd be pregnant but can a cyst mimic pregnancy symptoms?!!!

thanks in advance!!!

forgot to add that my tummy is getting bigger (and harder) and my pants are starting not to fit anymore (not really gaining alot of weight though).

i'm a tiny girl (5"1 100 pounds) so it worries me that my stomach is getting bigger than normal

I used to have one similar big and still now i am pregnant.
The thing with the cysts .. they are coming and going .. u will always have them , but there will be times when its just going away.. And then u can easily get pregnant. I know this from a gynecologist. A good doctor can help you.
But, dont worry , its not impossible what you want :)

P.S. a pregnancy can actually help you get rit of the cyst for good.
Wish you good luck!

yes they can mimic pregnancy symptoms. I used to suffer from them as well. Only thing they can't do is make a test positive, so I am sure its a cysts. If you start to suffer severe abdominal pain or anything else unusual you should see a doctor just in case it might be pregnancy in your tubes.

Yes, the symptoms you experience from your cyst could mimic pregnancy symptoms. You have had a period so it's probably very unlikely that you are pregnant. If you are noticing some changes in your stomach size, get to your doctor right away. Even though you are not pregnant, you could be experiencing some sort of major problem with your cysts. See your doctor ASAP.
