take aspirin and call your doctor in the morning babe!

You know sometimes you just have to ask yourself is my life really worth losing over a few extra dollars at the hospital.... Good luck to you but I say go see a professional no matter what the cost.

Well eventually you do need to see a doctor but for now sleep on a heating pad and you can also use the ones out of the package that you can wear all day. Take more vitamins and soak in epsom salt in the tub. You wont beleive this BUT castor oil will work wonders too. don't drink it but rub it where it hurts a couple times a day(at least once). It's amazing and it WORKS!! It's old folk medicine. If your pharmacy doesn't carry it ask them to order it, they have to do it. Hope this helps.

IT sounds to me like you already know the answer to your question. You included all revelant info, like cramps and IUD. The main question is how long has this pain been around a day or less could be gas or something, more than a day and yup you guessed it go to the Doc. Whats more important saving money or living, I think he would understand if you went to the Doc. heres the Doc txt file on whats going on

When evaluating a woman who uses an IUD for contraception, gynecologic sources of the woman's symptoms of lower abdominal pain should be distinguished from other causes:

Have changes occurred in the patient's appetite, weight, bowel function, or appetite? "Yes" answers would point the clinician to the GI tract and away from the uterus as a source of the abdominal complaints.

Pain exacerbated by bending over or movement suggests that the source may be musculoskeletal.

In contrast, if sexual intercourse (particularly deep penetration) exacerbates the discomfort, or if development of the discomfort is accompanied by a new vaginal discharge or odor, the clinician should suspect a gynecologic source.

During the vaginal speculum examination, the presence/absence and length of the IUD string should be noted. Any vaginal leukorrhea should be evaluated by pH testing and wet prep. Testing for cervical chlamydial and gonococcal infection should be performed if indicated by the patient's sexual history or the presence of cervicitis. During abdominal and bimanual examination, the clinician should note whether or not the uterus is tender to palpation. In addition, the presence of cervical motion tenderness as well as adnexal tenderness, fullness, or mass should be noted.

If a vaginal or cervical infection is diagnosed, it should be treated per Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, and safe sex guidelines should be reviewed with the patient. As with use of any contraceptive, women who are at increased risk for sexually transmitted infection (whether due to their own or their partner's behavior) should consistently use condoms.

If the uterus is noted to be tender, presumptive endometritis/upper genital tract infection (pelvic inflammatory disease) should be treated per CDC guidelines, and safe sex guidelines should be reviewed with the patient. If antibiotic treatment resolves the patient's symptoms, IUD removal is not indicated. However, if uterine tenderness persists despite treatment, removal of the IUD may indeed be appropriate.

Take care girl, make sure your ok thats the most important thing when you risk death. Just making sure you understand.
THATS IT I"M DONE!

Going to the doctor is probably the best advice, but since you are looking for an alternative solution I'll try to help. I've had the same problem and it does sound like constipation. I'd say check your vitamin and vegetable intake. Drink more water and eat more green vegetables and fruits. Hope this helps. GL!

It can possibly be the side-effects for the IUD. I read that if you have any abdominal pain you should see a health-care professional immediately, I am sorry to say so but this can be very serious. IUD have a high risk of getting an infection. So it can be an infection or side-effects. But I strongely suggest you see a health-care professional about this regardless of your situtation your health such be of utmost importance to you and beside a doctor can't deny to help you. All they will do is to bill you and when your insurance is renew you can have them pay the bill. I going through the same with my insurance, but I still went to the doctor to get my depo shot and my clinic get bill me so when my insurance kicks in, I send them the bill so they can pay for it. So I suggest you get it check out because unless there is a doctor on here all you are going to get is people opinions and not facts of what is really going on.
