Does this sound like intestinal blockage?

I have had abdominal cramping for about a week. My stomach also looks and feels abnormally bloated. The cramping is kind of a radiating ache from either side of my belly button. It comes and goes. It gets a little better after I eat, but half an hour later, when the food has settled, I start to feel the pain again. The thing that really worries me is that I haven鈥檛 had a normal bowel movement in weeks. It is sometimes loose but most times I have to strain and really focus and I just get individual lumps, and only a few of them. I have only been able to go every three days or so. When I can鈥檛 go and I am really trying, I can only pass some gas. It is frustrating.
What does this sound like? What can I do? Does it sound like blockage?
Thanks

I would say that it is not completely blocked if you are able to expel gas and pass some bm. I would however try a gentle laxative and a stool softner. Give it a day or so, but if any vomiting accures or your abdomen gets any larger I would either see your doctor or go to the emergency room.

Dont strain so much,You can get a hernia doing that.Take a herbal laxative is my suggestion.go to the health food store. Its somewhat blocked, now do something about it. i wish you well,
and drink some aloe vera gel, to heal your intestines, theres something wrong in there.
