Is This Normal????

it started last week i had abdominal cramping, and diarrhea last weekend then i was constipated until thursday when then the diarrhea started coming back then my nose got stuffed, i'm sneezing, i got mild pains in my stomach and i have sore throat and i feel bad

Sound like a flu virus or two separate things that hit you at once. If it doesn't clear up in a few days or no over the counter medicine seems to help I would see a doctor.

Probably a virus. If it continues into next week see your doctor.
