Somebody help me please!!!? |
I've added a lot of weight recently and it's obviously showing on my body especially my abdomen.I've a lot of abdominal fat such that I have some overlappings.I feel very comfortable not just 'cos it makes my abs bulge out whenever I put on a tight blouse or gown. It's mainly cos I experience slight pains whenever I sit down (I wonder if this is normal).By the way I weigh 176 pounds;apart from surgery any bright ideas? to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost just over 2 1/2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question goodluck ! you have to do alot of cardio Are you on any medications? When I was put on medication for migraines, I gained 19 pounds and most of it is in my belly. I know exactly how you feel about the roll...YUCK..I dont think the slight pain is normal though. You should definitely get it checked out. What have you tried so far? After my son was born I was at around 180 pounds. After about nine months I lost only 10 pounds. I used Atkins for a little bit that seemed to get some weight off but came right back. Then last August I was in the low 170's and used the website sparkpeople.com to track all my calories, exercise etc... and dropped about 15 pounds by january. In January I used weight watchers and dropped another 15 by now. So it seems that changing up my diet and exercise seems to help me. I hope any advice has helped you. Good luck!!! Theres only one person who can really help you, and thats you. Then again, you aren麓t the first person to be in your situation and you can learn from their lessons as well. There are two things you need to do: I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at |
