Abdominal pain/bloating?

I am currently on day 3 of my period, and experiencing some really painful abdominal pain. This is very unusual for me. I usually have bad cramps on the first day of my period, and then feel crampy on the second, but I'm fine from there out. This is the first time I've ever had such severe abdominal pain. The pain is pretty low, beneath my belly button, and extends all the way across. I am also experiencing bloating, which is unusual for me as well. It is painful for me to move, and to bend at all. I am worried because the pain isn't going away. I have had regular bowel movements. Anyone have similar experience? I feel almost justified to go into Urgent Care tonight, considering I've never once had pain like this before, but I don't have insurance/money and I'd hate to walk out of there with a bill when there is no real problem...

Yes, I've had pain similar to this and it turned out to be something wrong. I was later diagnosed with endometriosis.

Because of how bad the pain is I would recommend going to the Urgent Care to have them check this out to see what they think could be going on.
