Abdominal pain, Negative test..?

for a good three weeks or so i have been experencing general pregnancy signs like nausea, tireness, some what sore breats, constipations.. yada yada. I have also been on the short for nearly a year and have never had even the slightest sign of blood. earlly this week i started have VERY minimal vaginal bleed, but enough to notice. It lasted about 3 maybe 4 days and then stopped. I have taken 2 at home tests and they both came out negative. For about the last two weeks ive been experiencing severe left abdominal pain as well and it began spreding across the entire abdominal region.. Pain along with intenese cramps. For a couple days the pain pretty much dissapeared give or take a few minor cramps and a little "stabbing" type pain on the left side. I went to the doctor on wednesday (5th) and that morning the pain had begam coming intese again. I told her of all the symptomns.. (pain during/after sex and tenderness whiping after using the restrrom , not mentioned above)

i had TSS 3 years ago and a history of UTI's and other female area problems since then. The UTI came out negative.. and it doesnt hurt to pee. She sent me to get a vaginal ultrasound. I have yet to get the results of it. However it was slightly painful and afterwards it the pain increased dramatically. I was out today and i suddenly thought i was going to die. It felt like i was going into shock or somthing. Terrible hot flass extreme dizziness and nausea i about fainted.. it lasted about 10-12 mintues and went away. Since then though the whole left side of my abdomin(crotch to shoulder) has been killing me along with the entire pelvic region. I came home and immiditally fell alseep. Has anyone experienced somthign like this before.. any ideas on what it could be.. I wont know my ultrasound results until tuesday. That seems like a really long time to wait if this could be serious. Should i be concerned? Should i just wait it out till tuesday?

I experienced what you have described, a few years ago. I ended up having an ovarian cyst that had become quite large and ruptured. It was intense pain, something I hope to never bear again.

Ovarian cysts can cause an absence of menstruation, pain in your lower abdomen and pain during and after sex. They are not an enjoyable thing to deal with.

If I were you, I would call my doctor before Tuesday if the intense pain continues. If it is a cyst, that may have ruptured, you can get an infection. That is what happened to me and it caused me to lose a fallopian tube.

You should see a doctor...You might have a serious infection internally!
