Abdominal pain due to IBS?

does anyone experience abdominal pain/discomfort that causes lower back and or leg pain? what works to help the abdominal pain and discomfort?
thanks

yes you can feel abdominal pain in the back and legs. as far ibs, i assume you have tried the medications from your doctor. Try one of the new yogourts with live cultures. (Activia)

I have IBS. I do have extreme discomfort at times with it. What you should do is try to eat a high protein and high fiber diet. Stay away from caffeine, hot dogs, fried foods, and chocolate. I know that this sounds like it sucks, but if you try it for a couple of weeks and the symptoms get better you can go back to eating them, just not as often as you usually do. If nothing works, then go to the doctor.
