Anyone out there recovered from an AVM rupture (Arteriovenious Malformation) in the brain, with paralysis. And how long was your recovery and what method did they use to get rid of it. ex: radiation, brain surgery? my husband has an AVM, discovered 2 years ago but never has ruptured... email me and we can talk about it.. She was in a coma for 3 weeks and had right side paralysis for 2 weeks. I think it all depends on where the rupture occured. I have an AVM. MY AVM actually ruptured like 9 months ago, and i was rushed to the hospital to undergoe a massive surgery. I was 18 at the time (well, i'm 19 now). |
