Arterio-Venous Malformation, and hereditary hemmorhagic telangiactasia (sp?)?

if you dont understand the heading you probably dont know the answer so I'm not going to explain it all...google it! or go to www.hht.org and read all about it. anway, I was a bit stupid lasnight and did some extacy and some speed (methylamphetamine) and I have HHT, I had a scan back in february and they confirmed I had AVM's in my liver, I have got a pain on my right hand side just under the rib cage, where i belive my liver is, its a pain like I have been winded (if your not familiar with the term 'winded', have you ever been punched in your solar plexus?) its a constant pain and i can only think of one explanaition, that the stress the speed and extacy put on my veins with my heart rate and b/p going up has made one of them burst/ leak a little, im not an expert and i dont know a whole lot about it, because I've never been to a specialist, just a general doctor. can anybody tell me if this might have any sense in it?

Possibly, what you feel may be a lot of things, but by the way you described it, it can be due to a stretching of the capsule of the liver because of a leak...or something less serious...
ask your general doctor to order you up for a ct scan or mri (with contrast)

Please see the webpage for more details on Osler-Weber-Rendu syndrome.
