Can tomography clearly determine if there is a brain malformation ,be it aneurysm or AVM??

I want to see if the venous malformation I had in the brain has now gone for sure ,I know it is I just need to proove to my family it is so but I dont have the money for an MRI and I dont wasnt an angiogram as it is dangerous

i live in mexico and some proceedures are way too expensive,, so the tomography is the cheapest option

I am not a doctor, but I think most but not all show up on MRI. Surely this can be done on the NHS, unless the NHS is in much worse state than I thought. My wife died after a carotid angiogram, but this does not mean it is generally an unsafe procedure. Your neurologist can give an opinion as to which is riskier, the small risk from an angiogram (if indicated) or from a bleed.
