In theory, that is possible. It is very unlikely. It has never been documented. But it is theoretically possible. Of course it is also possible to be struck by lightening, win the lottery after purchasing a ticket, or fall over dead. If you are concerned, then get tested regularly for the next six years.

I think you can or a better answer is it is possible. I have never heard of anyone getting Aids that way. If you think you have been exposed my advice is to go get tested. The few dollars the test cost will be money well spent to give you peace of mind that you are ok. I bet if you google Aids test there might even be a place near you that will test for free.
