Anything to aid weight loss? |
Im aiming to lose 5-6kg, I have 6 small meals a day which are balanced, I excersise more to lose more calories then I consume. Is there anything that could help my quest to lose weight? like a supplement? or food or anything at all? a lot of vegies. you could join a gym or one of those programs like jenny craig because they have food that aids in weightloss, It's really all about diet and exercise. Don't expect to lose weight to quickly and make sure you've eliminated all those stealth calories from your diet (sugar in anything but fruit or other natural occurences). Stay away from anything processed. Up your exercise if feasible.
