Has anyone here tried Apple Cider Vinegar as diet aid?


I've seen plenty of online resources which suggest drinking 1/2 cup ACV in a quart of water throughout the day to aid in significant weight loss. Has anyone tried it, and were your results good/bad? Thanks.

A lot of people who haven't tried it will say it doesn't help anything, but they don't know what their talking about. I have used it for a ton of stuff heartburn, candida, rashes, sinus infections, acne, and weight loss. I lost 18 lbs in 2 months with no change in my diet. I did start exercising a little more though. I started out doing 1 tsp mixed with water twice a day and worked my way up to 2 tsps mixed with water after every meal. I tastes horrible for a while, but you get use to it.

I drink small amounts of ACV because I've read it's good for general health. Never heard of it as a weight loss stimulant.

i have not tried it but i think it may be good for you because my elderly grandma drinks it mixed in with honey and garlic and she is in a better living condition

No i never follow "suggestions". I doubt it has any benefits a long the lines of weight loss.

Yes I tried it and it made me want to vomit. I don't think adding that much extra acid to your system is good for you.
