What diet aid have you used and it worked?

drink a lot of milk before you have your meals.

Currently using Metabolife and if you use as directed you will see results.

well... i don't need to go on a diet , but my family uses the "south beach die"(SBD)... there are many phases... all i know isthe 1st face wherein you have to go on a 2-week diet w/o eating carbohydrates(rice, bread, grain....etc.)

i did not use any aid except self aid in converting from meat lover to a vegetarian and fruitarian diet pluz 15 minutes daily exercise

You can diet all you want, but you will only lose wieght where you don't want to. There is no fast healthy diet. The best diet is to eat small portions of food, stay away from the sugers, and exercise. If you get hungery just eat something that is good for you, no snacks. The only hard part of this is the first 3 weeks. After that you will want to exercise everyday. but first start off slow at 3 days a week.

the atkins diet, then just excercising and watching what i eat after that. have lost 20 lbs and am adding muscle tone and looking great.

I use Herbalife. I lost 35 pounds during the holidays last year. I at my favoriet holiday dishes and I still lost weight. I will tell why the weight came off. It is because my body started getting better nutrition that it has never get. That is why we gain weight. Something is out of balance. With Herbalife we work with getting you back in the balance. Lots of water and a multi vitamin. Get a partner to keep each other accountable.

Cut out complex sugars, like soda, candy, and white breads. Eat whole grain. Pastas and breads can still be eaten, but don't over do it. Make sure they are whole grain.

Also, eat small meals 5 times a day. And NO carbs or sugars within 2 hours of bed time. This will also help you sleep better.

Get some cardio workouts in 4 or 5 times a week and some light weights 2 or 3 times. The more muscle the higher the motabolism.
