Describe first aid for minor cuts?

Wash with antibacterial soap and water then dry with clean towel. Cover with clean bandage. If you have antibiotic cream available, you can apply that before the bandage.

soap water bandaid

disinfect and band aid ..

water, plaster, done.

A minor cut in which the bleeding has stopped needs to be cleaned with fresh water and soap if possible, then covered and monitored (keep checking for infection).

Wash it first, then use a little Bactine, or triple antibiotic ointment on it, then cover it with a bandage.

Cheers

soap/water, peroxide, neosporin, bandage...

anti-bacterial cream with band-aid

apply pressure if bleeding profusely. secondly clean with running water ( you can add soap if very dirty wound/cut), apply an antiseptic whichever available ( honey or tumeric powder are home remedies acceptable antiseptic) and bandage. dont forget to get a anti-tetanus injection at a hospital depending on the object which caused the cut.

STEP 1. Wash the wound.

STEP 2. Apply neosporin for quicker healing.

STEP3. Put on a bandaid

NOTES: sometimes the cut will heal faster if you remove the bandaid after the neosporin is absorbed.

disinfectant and band-aid

disinfect with soap, rinse with clean cold water, apply ointment on the cut then put on your bandage.

For minor scrapes and cuts, wash it well with warm water and soap. Rinse all the soap out of it. Dry it well, then cover with a bandaid or sterile gauze. Change the dressing when it gets dirty or wet.
