my son has very serious mental health issues adhd,odd,dyspraxia and is always lashing i was wondering if any where they could go to grab a few hours time out ie groups etc cheshire area

try dave and busters, a far away vacation with his best friend, something like that... i used to do those things and that hlped me...

OMG.... that's a scary set of diagnoses and they are NOT compatible. In my experience, one cannot be DID and bi-polar at the same time.l Doesn't happen. ADHD is very popular right now......
