Help need work out info to get abs?


ok here is the thing i rly want abs but im not sure how i take meds for adhd and so i dnt eat during the day @ all untill i get home and they cant b changed. so diet is kinda out of the question bc its just one meal. also running to lose the fat its very cold where i live and so no place to run and no tread mill so i was wondering if it was just sweat that is what does running so good i know that if u run ur body uses fat for energy but i was wondering if it was possible to sit in a steam bath which we have and sweat a good long sweat everynight do a ab workout everynight and lift some small free weight for like tone of chest small weight with alot of reps if this will get me abs or if im jsut going no where im 5ft 10 and about 170lbs and i rly dnt have that much fat over my abs i do have some and you can tell but if anyone thinks this will wrk or any help wld b great

Do crunches and eat healthily. Just working out doesn't give you big abbs

do crunches
every night i do crunches on my bathroom floor(i know it is weird, and my floor is clean)
i do the crunches every time before i get into the shower doing as many as possibel for one or two songs(i listen to my ipod to songs that are 3-4 1/2 min. long) and as a result i have a six pack(so says my friends, im still critical)

Have you ever heard of inchworms?
Balance on your butt. Knees bent 90 degrees. Flatten yourself out as much as possible, without touching the floor. I'm not so sure I was good at explaining that so... I'll give you another I love!

Lay on your back, flat on the floor. Lift your feet, so they are 6 inches from the floor. It works wonders!
Tip: Placing your hands under your hips as you do this helps you keep balance.

YOU WILL GAIN WEIGHT IF YOU EAT ONE MEAL A DAY.
You need to eat small meals, often, then your body will use up the fat instead of reserving it like your body will currently be doing.
It is a scientific fact that you must USE more calories than you take in. Therefore the only way to loose weight is EXECISE.
To 'get abs' you must first get rid of the fat to reveal the muscle underneath.
