I eat a lot and excercise regularly, so why do I never gain weight, muscle or otherwise?


It seems that no matter how much I eat and excercise, my weight continues to only drop and I still have no muscle tone or build. I've been working out for nearly a year now and still no results, any answers to my problem? Could my adhd and high metabalism contribute to this problem?

Eat bro buy some whey protien and drink it every day. take about two grams of protien for evrey one lb of body weight. Its completely safe check it out if you want .In a month you'll see some size coming your way.

You need to lift weights usually to gain muscle mass.

Its not contributing to the problem, it IS the problem.

Dont worry, age slows your metabolism, just eat healthy and take lots of supplement vitamins. Dont over excercise, push ups and situps are enough, running if you must.

Or drink lots of beer, that always seems to do the trick.
