Overthinking/Overanalyzing help please?

My brain is basically a busy traffic jam, it never stops. I do have ADHD but i would like to find a way to...think less?

I meditate every once and a while to organize my thoughts but i can only do that every once and a while.

Also, i overanalyze things i really shouldn't. As they often are depressing or disturbing.
