How can I gain some wait?


I'm 16 years old and I have ADHD and ADD I take Adderal meds. and it takes away hunger.. so i'm get full easily when eating I weigh 115 pounds and i've only gained 25 pounds over a period of 6 years... how can i get myself to like 135 to 145 because im sick of everyone looking at me like im a stick figure.....

Simply put, in order to gain weight you have to consume more calories than you are expending in a day. It of course is much more complicated than that.

If you are looking to put on lean muscle mass (and not fat), you will of course have to exercise 4 to 5 times per week combining weight/resistance training with some cardio. I recommend the cardio as it works for me to keep my metabolism check on the off days. You will read and hear from others that while trying to build mass cardio is bad, but you must find what works for you.

As far as your diet goes, try to stick to lean protein meats such as chicken breast and fish and the occasional red meats. Your carbs should include whole grain varieties like whole wheat bread and pasta, sweet potatos and oatmeal. The key to carbs is whole grain here. Add to that your vegetables and fruits and you're on your way.

You also want to be sure you're eating more frequent smaller meals during the day. Snacks should include things like almonds and other nuts, yogurt and leftovers from the night before. Make sure that you are getting protein and good fats in at every meal. The key to keeping fat off is regulating your blood sugar and you will do that by eating 5 to 6 smaller meals a day rather than three larger ones.

You will definitely want to invest in a protein powder to mix with milk or water. Protein will be the supplement that is key for you to put on the type of mass you are looking for. You should of course consult your physician before engaging in any new type of routine like this, especially to make sure that any supplements you take won't negatively interact with your medication. Hopefully you will find that the exercise will improve your focus as well as you begin to feel better altogether.

When you have to be someplace at a certain time, make sure you are there a couple of hours ahead of the appointed time, then you will gain two hours of WAIT. Then stay in school until you learn your spelling.

so you are a male and you are 16, thats perfectly normal to be marilyn manson skinny, but dont worry most guys grow out of that as they get older, your body will become fuller. I'd say eat a balanced diet of healthy foods and work out to build up your muscles.
