How do i get a diagnosis for A.D.D?

So i am pretty sure i have a.d.d(NOT adhd), i have taken multiple tests that said i had a HIGH taking to a.d.d, but i want to be sure.
Would i go to a family doctor? A psycologist? and if what kind of doctor, what would i say? Im pretty clueless about this. Please help!

If you can't even sit still for a diagnosis -

Forget it - You have A.D.D.

Start with your regular physician. Explain how you are feeling and that you are suspicious that you may have ADD. He/she may either prescribe medication for you or may send you to a specialist for further evaluation.

my seven year old daughter was diagnosed about 2 and a half years ago. And we were referred from our family doctor to a psychiatrist because he can prescribe meds if you need them and after that you can go back to the family doctor.
