Okay Im 12 years old and I think im the most stressed 12 year old on the planet! I hate how i look im really short and I have two high school friends but i feel like they're forgetting me and i always am depressed when im around them and they say im boring when im depressed and i cant help it and my school life SUCKS! Im the shortest kid in my school and i feel like everyone hates me ive had some bad times there. And IM FAILING ive been so absent and im lowering my grades from A's and B's to A-Ds and im so stressed and i have A LOT of makeup work to do and i have nowhere to do it im ADHD so i get distracted a lot and im afraid im gonna fail, lose my friends, and that my family thinks im a brat and i am sometimes but i feel really bad and i dont want my family to think bad of me. I just feel like everyone hates me and help! I dont really believe in God so don't say to pray cause that doesn't help i lost my faith a while ago & I cant talk to counselors because im not a very good talker:( I can't relax i mean my minds everywhere im bipolar and adhd ://! You sure sound very stressed. First of all, take a deep breath and let it out slowly.
You are twelve years old, you are not done growing. Most kids grow 4-6 inches in high school. Your friends that say your boring when your depressed probably mean your just very quite when your depressed. That's normal. Sounds like what you need is to be with friends who make you smile and laugh. Maybe kids your age.
I also don't think your family will think bad of you. Were all brats at sometime in our lives. I think you might be a little afraid. And that's OK too. Try talking with your parents. Tell them your concerns and that you are having a hard time concentrating I'm sure they love you and would do everything to help you get through this. Maybe you can find some friends to study with. Help get your grades back up. Talk to teachers about make up work and how important it is to you.
I think you should be proud of yourself for realizing that you may need some help as soon as you did and don't want it to get any worse. It's OK to need help. That 's what teachers are there for. But unless you let them know they might not understand what you need. Please don't give up! Take it easy. I'm 13 about to be a freshman.And I'm short too. Everyone tells me don't sweat it. Try relaxing more. Doing things you like. I don't wannna sound like a hippie but seriously it works. Hope that helps! if u cant talk i can't help. the only way to get things out is to talk about them. maybe since your high school friends are "forgetting you" you could talk to your friends that are your age. that might help. relax
