I had a high and now im crushing emotionally?

i have ADHD

5 hours ago i was very hyper it felt like i was being controlled by a motor

and now im extremely depressed

what happend to me?

ive been off of meds for 2 years and i dont do drugs

this happend to me once but i gotten over it
but now im highly depressed and i havent ate any sugar or anything that is a depressant

So, the answer to your question has nothing to do with chemistry or medication. It has to do with arrested development due to a difficult birth. The rocking back and forth between an emotional high and an emotional low is like inevitable for someone who started life that way. The excitement and thrill of being born, only to find yourself in an incubator, or traumatized in some way, is all a sort of prototype for your adult personality.

You need a psychiatrist. Maybe you can start on some sort of stop-gap medication, but eventually you should start psychotherapy.
