OUCH! I think I just sprained my wrist?

It hurts so much to type this but I have to. I was poking this really annoying guys backpack because I wanted to show him how annoying it is when he does that to me and my friend EVERYDAY! he has adhd and he started to slap and punch my wrist and arm. It didn't hurt that bad so I kept doing it because I want him to know how it feels when your stuff is messed with. finnaly he grabs my wrist and starts to twist it all the way to the side. I screamed ow and he stopped and my wrist hurt so badly. It hurt for the rest of the ride and I just watched t.v when I got home. I begin to feel nauseous and my wrist was really hurting so I got ice and it only stops hurting with ice and it hurts even then. It hurts the most when I bent it all the way back. it's not that tender except it really hurts when I bend it back and push on the bony round thing on the right on the under part of my hand/wrist. I can't tell if it's swollen but when I looked in the mirror the bony part on the top of my wrist

looked more visible earlier. what should I do. I have gym class tomorow and we are doing weight lifting, badmitton, and ping pong. I can't get out of it. I'm 14 and I was curious should I just buy a wrist brace and wear it. what should I do?

Ice it. just keep doing that. if the swelling doesn't go down, or bruising occurs, you may want to have it checked out. as for doing activities, if it hurts, don't do anything that will hurt it more. as far as the symptoms youve described, i think its just a sprain. hope you feel better.

learn some self defense! make sure this doesent happen again,get the wrist brace and use it to immobelize the wrist.keep iceing it and dont stress it for a week or two if you can.

You need to get out of gym class. A brace will help but you should not be doing anything to stress the wrist it needs to heal 2-3 weeks.

fel it to see if its swollen compare it to ur other wrist
u shoud geta brace so the problem would get worse
