ADHD or OCD?

ok seriously. i think i have either ADHD or OCD! for the ADHD part of it: i cant concentrate and talk way to much, i get bored easily, i draw random pictures of little unicorns, i make stupid mistakes. for the OCD part: i always freak out about if i locked the front door and then if i dont go back and check it, i get a massive headache. and when i walk on sidewalks (you know how they have boxes) well i always have to take two steps inside the boxes. so do i have ADHD or OCD or neither. and is there a way i can get rid of it without anyone knowing?

i have random little quirks like that too. if i see something misspelled, i HAVE to correct it or tell someone about it.

you have slight case of those... but it's nothing serious.

the only way of "getting rid of it" is by just doing what your body doesn't want to do and try to handle it. eventually, you'll just be ok with it, and it won't bother you/

I think this is best left to an expert like a doctor or therapist. That would be the best way to get the best information and treatment options. Good Luck,

my dad had ocd
and he basically broke himself of it by doing things against his ocd
he likes to put his his drink cups by his sink so intentionally wont be able to mess with it
maybe you could try this for the ocd part
add maybe its something else...i dunno
maybe you could talk to someone
but i doubt its serious

For the OCD part, it sounds like you just have a little quirk, a natural compulsion. OCD takes over your life, you spend almost all your time doing your compulsions and obsessing over if they were done right and so on. Sounds to me like you don't really have OCD. I've had it since I can remember. It's really hard to live with, a constant stress and completely interferes with your life.
