What is the difference between ADHD and non-ADHD ppl who take Adderall?

I am confused about the harmful physical effects of Adderall.

Why is it safe for people with ADHD to take Adderall throughout their life, when it isn't for people without ADHD?

Is it because when you have ADHD, your body is missing some chemical compounds and Adderall provides those missing chemical compouds? So that when you DON'T have ADHD, Adderall gives you too much of those chemical compounds in your body?

The truth is, sadly, atterol is extremely easy to be prescribed to. All you do is you go into a doctor's office say you're having trouble focusing they'll do a couple of tests on you and you get it. The problem is, anyone who doesn't actually have ADD or ADHD and takes atterol they are jumpy when they're on the medice, can't sleep, can't eat, and have a hard time living the day. People with ADD or ADHD are hardly affected and it just helps them focus.
