ADHD diagnosis/meds in Maryland?

I was formerly diagnosed w/ adhd years ago in my old hometown, but since moving to MD am lost as to finding a physician to re-prescribe me my old meds. I think I may have to rego the whole diagnosis process.


For all those diagnosed w/ adhd in MD/DC area, can you tell me who you went to?

(It is also possible to just cut out milk and bread and sugar and see a difference with that.) My husband has extreme adhd symptoms when he eats sugar. They last for about five days. When he eats milk, for about 3-4.
