Do i have ADHD??

Ok so i went to my university psychologist to get tested for ADHD and after the tests i was first told that i have borderline ADHD but my psychologist didnt provide many details so i called her back and asked her if i had it and if she could tell me a bit more about my results. She said it didnt need to be diagnosed. So i m very confused now because i m very sure i have adhd because all the people who know me tell me that i need to get myself tested for it and i have trouble concentrating, i daydream a LOT, i fidget with my hands and legs a lot, i am easily distracted and i feel like snakes are crawling on me all the time, i m slow to process information and zone out when ppl are talking to me, i also get angry and frustrated very easily. So i m pretty convinced i have it but what do i do now since my psychologist said that i m borderline first then told me i didnt need to be diagnosed. I m soo confused please help.

i forgot to add that my psychologist told me that it was something close or similar to ADHD and just is confusing me. She is a grad student so i should probably go to a proffessional right? anyone know of any sites where i can find a doc in my area. Should i be going to a neurologist, psychologist, psychiatrist ???

mannatech phytonutrients are vey helpful

It sure sounds like ADHD.

I have two kids in my family who have had it for a long time.

Maybe you need to see someone else.

well there is no medical test that can determine adhd ..It is a diagnosis handed out by a doctor or mental health proffesional..take the prescribed meds if you get better well call it like you see it ADHD

you do have the symptoms but there are good treatments for this.

You do have the sign of adhd i would see a doctor for treatments

Inattention - concentration challenges can be associated with:

The ADHDs

Some of the epilepsies (petit mal/absence/complex partial, etc.)

Side-effects of subtle brain injuries/concussions

The CAPDs (Central Auditory Processing Disorder)

Other

You deserve a correct diagnosis. Many persons start the process with seeing their family physician (a medical doctor) who can take it from there.

Good luck.
